Noir Estate Group is a boutique Los Angeles residential firm, built as a headless Wix site for a luxury brokerage that keeps its roster short. The home page opens on a dusk photograph and a quiet statement of the firm's rule, no more than eight listings at a time. A pinned listings reel moves sideways as the visitor scrolls, each listing has its own page with facts, notable features and a tour request, and a separate offer page walks a buyer through a single step at a time with a sticky summary. Neighborhood guides, a Journal of market notes, team pages, reviews, a sold archive, a valuation request and a consultation form complete the site. The demo content is filled in: listings, sold homes, six neighborhoods, the team, reviews and Journal posts. Replace the names, addresses, photographs and licence details with your own before launch.
