Template Licence

When you buy one template from Allioo Studio, we give you a licence to use it for one live website. That site is either:

• your own site, or
• the site of one end client.

The licence covers the template design, its pages and sections, and its source code, for that one site. Source code is included. The site is transferred to your Wix account, and the source code comes as a private download link in the delivery email. For Wix Studio and Framer templates, the template is delivered by the platform into your account, and its design and code live there.

• Use the template for the one live site.
• Change it. Edit the design, the content and the code for that site.
• Keep the site running for as long as you own it.
• Keep a private backup copy.
• Use a staging or test copy of the same site while you build it. A staging copy is not a second live site.
• Transfer the site to the end client it was built for, or to a new owner of your business, together with this licence.

You may not:

1. Resell the template, its design or its code, as it is or changed.
2. Share, give away, redistribute or publish the template or its code. This includes uploading it to a marketplace, a code host, a file-sharing site, a forum or a chat group.
3. Offer it, or something made from it, as a template, theme, starter kit or UI kit, free or paid.
4. Use one purchase for more than one live site, or for more than one end client.
5. Remove or hide the licence terms in any file that has them.
6. Use the template in a way that is illegal or that harms others.

Changing the colors, text or images does not turn our template into your work to resell.

Each additional live site needs its own template purchase. Each client site you build needs its own purchase.

If you are an agency or freelancer and want us to build client sites for you under your name, ask about white-label work. White-label is by application and is described in the Terms of Service. There is no agency or multi-site licence for templates.

We keep ownership of the template design, the code we wrote, and the Allioo Studio name and logo. You are given a licence to use them as set out here. You are not given ownership.

You own your own content: your text, photos, logos and data.

The template may include third-party parts, such as fonts, images or platform features, which come with their own licences. Stock photos come from Unsplash under the Unsplash licence, and credits are listed with the template. You must follow those licences, and you are responsible for any part you add yourself.

Names, photos, text, prices and listings in a demo are example content. They are not part of the licence unless we say so. Replace them with your own before you go live.

The licence ends if you break it. It also ends automatically if you start a payment reversal or chargeback for the purchase, and stays ended until the dispute is resolved in our favor or you withdraw it. When it ends, you must stop using the template, and we may ask you to take the site down. Other rights in the Terms of Service stay in place. We do not refund a purchase because the licence ended under this section.

The template is provided under the Terms of Service, including the limits on what we promise and on our liability. We fix defects in our template under the Support Policy.
