Template & Plan Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of templates and template access plans from Allioo Studio, a division of Allioo LLC. By purchasing a template or template access plan, you agree to the following terms.

1. Ownership and Usage Rights

• Templates are licensed for use solely by the purchasing individual or entity.

• Templates cannot be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed under any circumstances.

• All templates are designed for use within Wix Studio only.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

• All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits on template purchases or access plans.

• Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and previewing templates before purchasing, as templates are sold “as-is.”

3. Template Access Plan Terms

• 30-Day Plan: One-time payment for 30-day access to templates. Expires automatically. No refunds.

• 6-Month Plan: Renews automatically every six months unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds.

• Forever Pro Plan (Limited Time Offer): One-time payment for lifetime access to templates priced under $150 while templates are still being produced. No renewals, no refunds.

• Plan Expiration: If your plan expires, you will lose access to all templates unless a new plan is purchased.

• Plan Cancellation: For renewal plans, cancellation prevents future billing but does not issue a refund. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Pricing & Changes

• Prices for templates and template access plans are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Purchasing a plan at a specific price does not lock in future pricing for renewals or future purchases.

• The Forever Pro Plan is a limited-time offer, and its availability or pricing may change or be discontinued at Allioo Studio’s discretion.

• Any pricing changes will not affect active plans until the next renewal or repurchase.

5. Modifications and Restrictions

• Templates may be customized within the Wix Studio platform by the purchaser.

• Significant modifications or additional design services may incur extra fees and require prior approval from Allioo Studio.

6. Support and Technical Issues

• No support is included with template purchases or plans.

• If you experience a technical issue with a template, email anthony@allioo.com for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• Allioo Studio is not responsible for damages resulting from template use or third-party interactions.

• Purchasers agree to indemnify Allioo against any claims related to their use of templates or plans.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
