The Elle Vate Homes template is a starter-tier real estate website built on Wix Studio for solo agents who want a clean, modern, and high-end online presence without added complexity. Designed with a soft luxury aesthetic, this template delivers essential features with elevated presentation, including light custom code that connects the showing request form to the specific listing page it’s submitted from, automatically hides or displays 3D tour and video sections based on collection fields, and showcases neighborhood data by referencing a connected neighborhood collection. Perfect for agents who need the basics done right, Elle Vate Homes provides a refined, professional, SEO-friendly foundation to highlight listings beautifully, present relevant local information, and strengthen your digital real estate brand.

Leads, showings and offers are managed in the Showings to Closing app, which you install from the Wix App Market. It is a monthly subscription paid to the app and is not part of the template price. Until you add the app, Wix Forms (free) emails you each showing, valuation and contact request. Offers made on the Headless site are saved in your site's Offers collection in the Wix dashboard and are not emailed.
