A retainer gives your agency access to a dedicated design team embedded in your workspace. We handle site design, development, milestone client communications, feedback gathering, and Loom walkthroughs. You manage client relationships, branding, and messaging.
Each retainer tier specifies the number of sites per month. If your agency doesn’t use all allocated sites in a given month, we convert each unused site into an Exclusive Template for your agency.
We communicate with clients on your behalf for milestone updates, gather feedback, provide Loom walkthroughs, and educate clients on Content Mode. Your agency remains responsible for all client relationship management and live calls.
Each project includes one round of revisions per phase (wireframe and final build). Additional revisions are available as add-ons at $199 per round.
We handle design-related feedback collected via your agency. One round of feedback per milestone is included, and additional revisions can be requested as an add-on.
Retainer payments are billed monthly upfront, according to the tier you select. This ensures your agency has predictable costs and guaranteed access to our design team.
Yes. Retainer tiers can be adjusted based on your agency’s needs. Additional sites, pages, or CMS features beyond your plan can be added as a custom quote.
Sites carry over within your workflow until completed, and any unused site slots for the month are converted into Exclusive Templates for your agency.
Once a site is completed, your agency manages the final handoff to the client, including domain connection and launch. We remain available for QA and minor tweaks if needed.
