Standard 5-page projects are usually completed in up to 30 business days, depending on project scope and how your agency manages client content and feedback. Larger or more complex sites may take longer.
50% of the total project cost is due upfront before we begin, and the remaining 50% is due before adding the site to your workspace. Our agreement is with your agency, not your client. All payments are made via ACH via our banking invoice solution.
Once the remaining invoice is paid, we provide a downloadable copy of the site. You will need to add Allioo Studio as a collaborator using our personal account so that we receive our 100 collaborator points. This also allows us to make tweaks or adjustments to the site if needed. If you add us directly to your agency workspace, we can manage the handoff and any updates on your behalf.
Each project includes one round of revisions per phase (wireframe and final build). Additional revisions are available as add-ons at $199 per round.
Your agency manages all client-facing communication. We work directly with your agency for design-related feedback and updates only. We also provide progress updates and video walkthroughs that your agency can share with the client to keep them informed.
If content, assets, or client feedback are not received on schedule, the project will be soft-paused, which may delay delivery. We will provide an updated timeline once all required materials are received.
For feedback, if no response is provided within 3 business days, we will assume approval and move forward with the project. Any changes requested after this point may cause delays and will incur an additional fee of $199 per page where changes are requested.
Yes, during the project, additional pages or CMS features can be added as add-on services, with a fee charged per page or feature. After the site is delivered, any further additions will require a custom quote based on the scope of the work.
