Standard 5-page white-label projects are typically completed in up to 30 business days, though timelines may vary based on project scope and how your agency manages content, client feedback, and approvals. Larger or more complex builds may take longer.
We also offer Exclusive 1-of-1 Templates as a faster and more affordable option. These can only be purchased once and provide instant access to a fully designed website that your agency can customize and launch at your own pace.
We include one round of revisions for design and one round for development in our Standard Projects. For Retainer Partnerships, revisions are ongoing within the agreed-upon scope. All feedback is managed using Wix Studio or Figma tools.
For all white-label projects, 50% of the total project cost is due upfront before we begin, and the remaining 50% is due before we transfer the final site to your agency’s workspace.
We do not wait for your client to pay you; our agreement is with your agency, not your client. You are hiring us to fulfill work on your behalf, so we treat your agency as the client. A good rule of thumb is to price your services so that your client’s initial 50% deposit comfortably covers our fee.
All payments must be made via ACH transfer through our invoicing system. This ensures a secure, fee-free process for both parties.
Absolutely! All deliverables, including design mockups, development environments, and final website files, are completely white-labeled. We ensure that your agency's branding is front and center, making us truly invisible partners.
Any additional features or significant changes outside the agreed-upon scope will be quoted as a separate change order. We will provide a clear estimate for the additional work and timeline impact before proceeding.
While our primary focus is project delivery, we do offer ongoing maintenance and support packages, particularly for our Retainer Partnership clients. For one-off projects, we can discuss post-launch support options as needed.
