Terms and Conditions (Wix Apps)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Wix Blocks applications (“Apps”) developed by Allioo LLC and offered through the Wix App Marketplace.

By installing or using any App created by Allioo LLC, you (“User”) agree to the following:

License of Use

Allioo LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your website(s) built on the Wix platform, subject to the terms of your Wix agreement.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or any part of its code or design.

2.

Ownership

All apps are the intellectual property of Allioo LLC. Use of an App does not transfer ownership or grant any rights beyond those explicitly outlined in these Terms.

3.

Updates & New Features

Allioo LLC may release updates, fixes, or new features at its discretion. We make no guarantee that future updates will be provided or that your app’s functionality will remain unchanged.

4.

Support

App support is provided on a best-effort basis through the contact details listed in the app’s description. Allioo LLC is not obligated to provide support beyond what is reasonably necessary to ensure core functionality.

5.

Data Collection

Allioo LLC does not collect personal data from users through the App unless explicitly stated. Any data entered through the App remains on the User’s website and is subject to Wix’s privacy policy.

6.

Limitation of Liability

Allioo LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

7.

Pricing & Billing

Apps may be offered as free or paid. All pricing is managed through the Wix App Marketplace, and billing is subject to Wix’s terms of service. Allioo LLC does not control or process payments directly through its website.

8.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are managed exclusively by Wix under their marketplace terms. If you encounter a technical issue, contact Allioo LLC and we will make reasonable efforts to address it promptly.

9.

Termination

Allioo LLC reserves the right to remove any App from the Wix App Marketplace or revoke access if there is misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

10.

Changes to Terms

Allioo LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any changes.
